Incoming Organic TN Soft Red Wheat

This is our first release of a Tennessee soft red wheat a grain.  Soft red wheat has a similer flavor profile as your traditional Hard red but with reduced protein which makes it ideal for our all pancakes, cookies and biscuits.  When properly sifted the soft wheat produces a hearty pastry flour for the the sweet taste of the south.
