Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat

 

Buckwheat is a neccesity in every  Southern kitchen.  It is traditionally used in pancake, bread, and granola recipes adding the savory taste of Tennessee grasslands.  As a bonus buckwheat is a complete protien containing all of the essential amino acids and is gluten free.  If enjoyed daily it is advised to soak or sprout before ingesting to avoid phototoxicity.  When properly prepared, buckwheat is a delicious and nutritious seed, high in rutin, quercetin, maganese, copper, magnesium, and fiber.  More importantly, it boasts the taste and aroma of home.
