INGREDIENTS: Organic Hulled Barley Wheat

100% Stone Ground

 

This is the ideal flour to blend into your whole grain recipes. Hulled barley is high in protein but low in fiber making it ideal to create a fluff effect when your whole grain recipes are just too dense.   As a health bonus barley has the highest levels of maganese and B6 exhibiting anti-inflammatory properties and enhancing blood circulation.   We suggest a ratio of about 20% barley flour to 80% whole grain flour for most baking applications.
