This is THE REAL whole wheat containing all of the lifegiving germ and germ oil found in raw flour.  The whole wheat you find in conventional grocery stores even when organic is just refined flour with bran added back in to keep it shelf stable.  This REAL whole wheat flour is made from red spring wheat and is an economic choice for adding flavor, fiber and protein to your recipes. We chose spring wheat because of its increased protein and added nuttiness that you don’t find in winter berries.  Unlike almost all conventional and non-gmo wheat berries and flours, these berries come from organic farmers and were not sprayed with glyphosate, making it easy to digest and metabolize into energy and muscle.
